Jerry Blumenthal – A graduate of the University of Baltimore, Undergraduate, Law School, and licensed Real Estate agent. I have been selling real estate since 1970, exclusively commercial properties and businesses since 1975. I have completed over 1700 commercial transactions both small and large. I have worked and owned bars, restaurants, nightclubs and delicatessens, thus enabling me to provide prospective buyers and sellers with first hand knowledge of the ins and outs of business.

Hannah Tabor – The Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of Maryland to supervise the activities of Business & commercial Ventures. I have been a Broker since 1961, and have many residential properties and large and small commercial properties. Nicholas J. Mitsos – Over 40 years of experience in retail and wholesale businesses. Sales of bars, restaurants, carry-outs, delicatessens and liquor stores for the past 10 years. Donnie Marion – After graduating in 1976 with a BS degree in business from the University of Baltimore, I immediately entered the entrepreneurial world. I created a very successful disc jockey and entertainment company that is still strong today. Growing up in a family that owned bars, I was very fond of that business so for the past 20 years I have managed and owned many restaurants and bars. It was through my association in this type of business that I became familiar with Business & Commercial Ventures.
